Terms of use

You may browse this site and share links to it freely. You may not scrape, mirror or republish its content or assets, misrepresent an affiliation with Innovatr, or use anything on this site to build or market a competing product. The site and its content are provided "as is": we work hard to keep everything accurate, but we make no warranty that the site is error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on its content. We may update these terms and policies from time to time; the current version always lives on this page, and the date above shows when it last changed.

Trade marks

Innovatr, the Innovatr wordmark, PerfusionPilot and Perfusion-Pilot OS are trade marks of Innovatr Ltd. The Simulator Company and its product names are trade marks of their respective owner. Apple and the Apple logo are trade marks of Apple Inc.; Google Play is a trade mark of Google LLC. No use of these marks is permitted without permission.

Idea submission policy

We love hearing from clinicians, and feedback genuinely shapes our products. To keep that possible, any unsolicited idea, suggestion or material you send us (by email or otherwise) is received on these terms: it is not confidential; we are under no obligation to review, use or return it; we may already be working on something similar; and you grant Innovatr a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without compensation or attribution. Please do not send us information you consider confidential or proprietary, including anything owned by your employer or hospital.

Sales, subscriptions & refunds

This website sells nothing and never asks for payment details. PerfusionPilot OS is free to download during early access, and its core toolkit is free to keep. Optional premium features are offered as an in-app subscription, billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms; current prices are always shown in the app before you commit. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and refunds are handled by the relevant store under its refund policy. We do not receive or store card details. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

Product disclaimer

PerfusionPilot is an educational reference tool, not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis or patient-specific advice; every clinical decision remains with the clinician. Guidance within the product is grounded in published sources, and every citation is shown.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from use of this site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
