Technology for the bedside · London

The new instruments of medicine.

Innovatr builds technology for the bedside — engineered in London, shaped beside clinical teams. From the founders of The Simulator Company, the global leader in ECMO simulation and advanced circulatory therapy.

Our focus

One product. Every shift.

Everything Innovatr makes serves the clinician at the point of care. We build one thing at a time, and we build it properly — starting with the software a perfusionist opens every shift.

First release

Perfusion-Pilot OS

The daily operating system for extracorporeal circulation.

The app a perfusionist opens at the start and end of every shift — CPB, ECMO, NRP, VAD, cell salvage and IABP in one fast, offline, maintained companion.

  • 25+ verified calculators

Pump flow, DO₂i, prime, cardioplegia, ACT — each showing its equation, switching units, cited to EACTS 2024.

  • Case Command Centre

One workspace per case: tap-to-log key values, smart tasks, a timeline and a quality snapshot.

  • ECMO Daily Rounds

Multi-day run management with a complication watchlist that carries the case forward.

  • Recertification Logbook

EBCP/ABCP fields, export-ready — the career record that builds itself as you work.

PerfusionPilot is an educational reference tool, not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis or patient-specific advice; every clinical decision remains with the clinician.

How we build

Principles that don’t bend.

Evidence first.

Every clinical statement in our software carries its citation. If we can’t source it, we don’t ship it.

Built beside clinicians.

Our tools are shaped with the people who use them — the same way our simulators were built with the teams they train.

Privacy by design.

Work is logged on the device first. No name, MRN or DOB ever leaves it — and this website sets no cookies and runs no trackers.

Honest positioning.

PerfusionPilot is an educational reference tool, not a medical device — and our marketing says so everywhere our product does.

First we built the machines that trained the clinicians. Now we build the machines that work beside them.

The story

Born from the world of ECMO simulation.

Innovatr was founded in London by Sagar Haval and Babita Haval — the founders of The Simulator Company, the global leader in ECMO simulation and advanced circulatory therapy, whose simulators train clinical teams around the world.

The Simulator Company began as research in 2017 and was established in London in October 2019. Its E-SIM range launched globally in 2022, and its award-winning simulators — from E-SIM Pro to LVAD-SIM — now train hospitals, universities and device manufacturers around the world.

Years spent building high-fidelity simulators for extracorporeal life support taught us exactly where technology fails the people who use it — and where it could do so much more. Innovatr is the next chapter: the same obsession with clinical realism, now aimed directly at the bedside itself.
