This policy explains how Innovatr Ltd ("Innovatr", "we") handles information on this website and in the PerfusionPilot OS app. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and clinical work stays on your device.
This website
innovatr.health sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. We do not build profiles of visitors. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and protect against abuse; we do not use this data to identify visitors. The site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when serving them; no other third-party requests are made.
When you email us
If you contact hello@innovatr.health, we hold your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and we never sell contact details. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, and we keep messages only as long as they remain useful for that purpose.
The PerfusionPilot OS app
The app is designed to be data-minimal:
- Cases, calculations, checklists and logbook entries are stored on your device; the core toolkit works entirely offline.
- The app does not ask for and does not transmit patient identifiers: no name, MRN or date of birth ever leaves your device.
- Where optional network features are used, such as Slipstream’s cohort comparison, they operate on de-identified data only.
- Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict our use of it. Email hello@innovatr.health and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes affecting the app will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
